Propolis is a gummy substance made by bees. They combine it with beeswax to fortify and sterilize their hives. Propolis has been traditionally used for centuries as support for the immune system. Direction for use: As a dietary supplement take 1-2 mL (approx. 28-56 drops) 2-3 times a day in a small amount of water.
